Salesforce World worked with internal resources to integrate their existing line of business application (Cloud-based e-Learning platform) into Salesforce.com via a Canvas App.
This meant that Sales coaches were able to obtain a 360-degree view of the client from a Sales, Service & Finance perspective.
It meant that coaches were able to log into Salesforce without the need for logging into multiple disparate systems and they had all the necessary information available at their finger-tips to provide an effective coaching session with real impact.
