Business challenge

SalesITV engaged Salesforceworld to provide assistance with:

  • Business process re-engineering for Sales & Marketing, Customer Service & Finance (Yes we sold ice to the Eskimo‚Äôs. Even the experts sometimes need a fresh perspective)
  • There was no visibility beyond sales closure to manage the customer journey based on service tiers
  • SalesITV wanted to maintain a holistic view of their customer in terms of the on-site coaching sessions provided, coupled with the online training which the student had performed, against the financial back-drop and customer service environment

The solution

Salesforce World worked with internal resources to integrate their existing line of business application (Cloud-based e-Learning platform) into Salesforce.com via a Canvas App.

This meant that Sales coaches were able to obtain a 360-degree view of the client from a Sales, Service & Finance perspective.

It meant that coaches were able to log into Salesforce without the need for logging into multiple disparate systems and they had all the necessary information available at their finger-tips to provide an effective coaching session with real impact.

In addition to an enhanced coaching experience Salesforce World also delivered:

  • Improved Lead quality and scoring via Hubspot to drive better conversion ratios.
  • High level and detailed visibility into their sales pipeline and channels to measure ROI.
  • Optimized sales processes via Salesforce.com, Conga Composer and DocuSign to reduce the average time to close deals.
  • Integration of bespoke time and billing solution with workflow and triggers for improved billing and case management.
